I need help finding out if Xfinity can extend my service for week bc I will lose my job and be homeless if I don’t have internet for my job and I zero transportation and zero money like come Xfinity I thought your were good with this I need it for a week to able to pay my arrangement but noooo Xfinity wants their customers to suffer

@-Darksea- It sounds like you've already discussed options with us, but I'd still like to make sure we help in any way we can! To confirm, have you already made a payment arrangement as seen here? If so, you could also look at downgrade options, just temporarily until you can afford the increased bill again. To do this, either utilize our Plan Builder or log in to My Account and manage your service(s) that way! Let me know if this helps, or if you'd still like for us to take a closer look.
