HELP!!!!
Moved into a home last Saturday, fast forward to yesterday and they suspended my service due to a previous tenant having a debt owed. Spent 4 hours with 7 different calls, two managers and collections/fraud just to be told 1000 different answers. I repeatedly was hung up on, providing no resolution and I work from home needing internet today. HELP

You didn't mention what any of them told you, but you'll need to take your lease and another ID to a store to confirm that you have no connection to the previous tenant and they should be able to reinstate your service.
