Help with the claim
Does it always take 4 weeks to get a real person to help you and then still not help you this is how it normally works cuz I've been trying for 4 weeks now to get any kind of help and I just keep getting the runaround said go here go there and then nobody wants to help me so I guess that's how it is I mean I hope it's I don't have another damage claim from any other issues cuz I would hate to wait you know 6 weeks for any kind of help

I'm so glad that we were able to escalate this on your behalf to the Executive Customer Resolutions team, who recently confirmed a resolution was provided to you directly just a couple of days ago.
Please remember going forward that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our Forums guidelines. You must first create your own public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
