Help with setting up new box.

I am trying to get a new box set up without using the app , I can not download the app so I need to setup box another way please, and thank you.

user_1a77th Thank you for reaching out to us here to let us know you need assistance with activating your X1 box. You can connect the box to your TV and power it on, then follow the on-screen instructions to activate via xfinity.com/activate on a web browser.
