Help with purchase pin.?

I waited the hour because of 5 attempts will not let me change the pin

@XfinityBrianH: What the page you posted doesn't say, but what should be obvious, is that you need to know the PIN before you can change or remove the PIN. If the OP doesn't know it, they'll need Employee help.
