Help with Purchaes

I have called and chatted several times and no one can help. I have been an Xfinity customer for about 15 years and I have purchased many digital movies and TV series. I was sent a new Xumo Streaming box and can no longer acess my titles. How do I gain access to these titles or get a refund?

Hi there! Thank you for visiting our Forums for help with your purchases and recordings on the new box. When you try the recordings and purchases on the Xfinity Stream app/browser are they still there? Is this only on the Xumo box?
