Help with outage

Trying to get in touch with customer service about the outage in my area.  We have been out of service since 2/23/26 with no update. I work from home for a hospital and need internet. Xfinity Assistant is useless and the phone number 1-800-Xfinity will not connect me to a live person. I will be canceling my Xfinity service if I don’t get this issue resolved.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_55bln9, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear about the ongoing service interruptions that you have been experiencing in your area. I can understand how frustrating that can be, especially when working from home. I have attached an article on ways you can check for updates on service interruptions in your area here. The information provided here is the same information we have access to as well. That said, we’d be happy to take a closer look at your account to see if there are any additional details regarding the service interruption. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
