help with no internet service

I have been on the phone for 2 days and can not get a hold of anyone to help.  Xfinity expects me to pay my bill but I have to keep taking days off work to be home for someone to fix my internet but it still doesn't work. I was sent 63 text messages from the assistant with no help at all. I have been hung up on with no call back after 30 min on the phone. Everything in my house runs on internet and they do not want to service their lines.  I have never has such poor support from a company I pay a lot of money too.
