Help with NHL tv package

Hello. I live in the Chicago area and this weekend I ordered the NHL Center Ice package through Xfinity to watch the Chicago Blackhawks. However, the games are blacked out. I have been trying to reach someone at Xfinity to cancel this and receive a credit but it’s impossible to speak to or chat with a human being. How can I talk to someone??
