Help with my bill

Scheduled payment for Feb 7th of 200. I go back work this week. Will be all caught up by the end of Feb. You turned me off for 100. Why? I have explained to agents what is going on. I've been with you since 2015. When I find another service im.tempted to turn all services off

Hello, how are you @user_cr581d? Did you schedule a future payment, or did you set up a payment arrangement? You can review eligibility for a payment arrangement using the Xfinity Assistant.  https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant

Scheduled future payment. Xfinity assistant said needed 50 to day. I cant do that. Sad Comcast Xfinity doesn't work with people thru hard times. That assistant is no help
