Help with moving my service

I want to move my service to my new address but I can’t find the apartment number on the app. I only see Apt A,B, or C. How can I write my apartment number to move the service?

user_ndf3rk Thanks for reaching out to us over our Community Forums! You will want to ensure you choose the correct apartment, or unit number tied to your new location. This will ensure services will be transferred correctly. However, if your new apartment or unit has never been serviced by Comcast before, if may not be listed in our system.
