Help with landline
Hi Xfinity
I am interested in setting up a landline. But I would like to know if I need to activate anything using xfinity in order to get it working.
I plugged in a phone I had lying around to the TEL 1 port to test and it powered on but I didn’t get a dial tone.
I am not sure if this phone is just not compatible or as stated in the previous paragraph I am not sure if I need to activate anything on your end.
