WHEN WE ASK FOR A Agent thats what we sould get,We are going to heave to cancel most or all of our service, even with issUes your last teck refused to replace the line under our home that xfinity installed. , yesterday xfinity on screen said our box was out dated and we was off line 1 hr. AI REFUSDED TO HELP JUST REPETED IT ELF OVER AND OVER, PLEASE HELP US WITH LOWER BILLS.THE DISABLED FAMILYS AND ODER PEOPLE NEED HELP WITH YOUR HIGH FEES, AND LACK OF HELP WITH THEM TRYING TO USE YOUR SILLY AI nonsense I am sure xfinity knows this, Most of my friends local and on like say comcast and xfiniry is a really bad system and just [Edited: "Language"] everyone around, What do you guys say about this?a $25 increase for a 1/2 working system that takes us to adds and to get away from said add we have to restaRT OUR SYSTEM.
