help with changing plan
Please. Does anyone here know how to get help with a real person? I have been trying to revise my plan for years. Xfinity Assistant is useless, calling is difficult. Today, I decided to put aside my afternoon for this task. I tried and tried and tried to work with the bad online technology - multiple logins, dead links, 400 and 404 gateway errors, just endless. I finally decided to call and speak to a real person. After a long wait and insistence, I thought I got a person. But I think it was a bot. Or she had very bad info. Was quoting me numbers based on a bill I paid same day, and her numbers were $30 off. Does anyone here know the secret. Do the staff in the stores have the info and knowledge to assist with account revisions?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
