help with cancelling a pending order

Hi, I need to cancel my order for internet service, which was placed yesterday. I am wondering if it is possible and how. Thanks.

Hi @user_ggrwexwe can help with your order here! If you ordered any equipment with your order you will not be able to cancel this from shipping out however you can cancel the account if needed and return the equipment when received. Just send us a direct message here with your name and the address you signed up with! 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
