Help with bill increase

My bill has increased by $30 over the last couple of months. That is a lot for someone on social security. Tried the Virtual Assist but that is useless. Need to speak to a live person.

@XfinityRichard​ Hello, I also have the same issue regarding increase in bill. My current plan is $65 as a promotional, which was set to increase next month (billing date: Dec 9th). However, I got an email from xfinity that they have applied a loyalty discount to my account, which will keep the bill at $65/month for the next 12 months as long as I don't change anything that is currently set up. I have not changed anything, but regardless, the amount that I will be charged on Dec 9th is showing as $95. Please help! Thank you.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
