Help with appointment
I have been trying to make a appointment to speak to someone in person to switch to Xfinity mobile, I need a new phone and possibly a IPad and want to see what my options are and have the phone set up. I have tried via chat, on line and phone calls for over a week. The store is in Lady Lake Florida, I don't understand you keep running ads for mobile but your customers can't get ahold of anyone. Why can't someone assist?
