help with an item you cancelled that I was subscribed to

i was subscribed to Hallmark+ and pay for it but now you cancelled it so I need you to reinstall it  my account number is [Edited: "Personal Information"] SO CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME

Hi there. @user_0ynxc4 I’m really sorry for the confusion with your subscription. I can definitely understand how frustrating that must be. Let’s take a look and get this sorted out for you. You truly came to the right place for assistance. To get your Hallmark+ subscription reinstated on your Xfinity bill, you can easily re-add it directly through your Xfinity TV box or online. 

 
Method 1: Directly on your TV (X1 Box)
  1. Press the xfinity button on your remote and navigate to the gear icon to open Settings.
  2. Go to Apps & Subscriptions to view your available and past subscriptions.
  3. Locate Hallmark+ in the premium networks or "For You" section and follow the on-screen prompts to subscribe.
  4. Alternatively, open the Manage Channels app on your X1 box, select Hallmark+, and confirm the addition. 
Method 2: Online or via the Xfinity App
  1. Log in to your account at the Xfinity Account Hub.
  2. Scroll to the "Need to change something" section and select Manage Premium Channels.
  3. Find Hallmark+ and check the box to add the subscription back to your account.
  4. Review the plan changes and click Confirm Change
