Help with account cancellation

Hello,

I am trying to close my account. I received one email confirming that my request cancellation was received on December 19th, 2025. Then I received an identical email the following day, December 20th, 2025. However, I have been billed for the January-February cycle. I would appreciate help in fully closing my account.
