help with a bait and switch incident- who do I contact- BBB??

I have spent hours on the phone- I was scammed by a Comcast agent who promised me that the new plan he initiated would definitely include ALL of my previous channels- I repeated this at least 3 x and every time he assured me I would have all the channels and services I had previously. He did a Bait and Switch transaction. I tried to reverse this within 24 hours - I discovered all the missing channels.  Could not reach any agent who would address this mattter N - they only try to sell additional services. I cannot reach a manager or retention supervisor or Comcast's legal department.

What recourse do I have other than leaving Comcast . I have never encountered such unethical business practices as those of Comcast. I guess that is x finity's MOA.

Are there any ongoing class action suits against this company?

Hello, @user_zj4txi

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

Let me know what channels are missing so I can help you get them back.
