Help seasonal hold issue
Can someone help on a seasonal hold issue they are telling me that I have to pay $62 a month to be on seasonal hold. I’ve talked to a total of three people two of them told me it was 947 a month and now the last one tells me it’s 62. I’ve been advised not to pay because it was gonna get corrected, but it’s not corrected and now I’ve got a disconnect notice I cannot get help through customer service. I don’t know what else to do

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
