Help restoring service

I'm in need of your  Service has been interrupted for past due only to applnth e ACP BENEFITS TO GET IT APPLIED TO NEXT MONTH BILL CAN U PLS HELP ME RESTORE MY SERVICE. I MADE An arrangement for the 8th an still no service. address [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Hey there, @user_pdlhyj! We are very sorry to hear about the experience with the services and billing/ACP Credit. We are limited on access to payment arrangements for account security. I would recommend following the steps here to ensure the arrangement is set up properly https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement. You would want to ensure that it is an arrangement, and not just a scheduled payment. Please let us know if you have any further troubles/questions.
