Help requested for equipment return

After upgrading to a new modem at Xfinity's urging, I now need to return the old one. The returns page only lists the newest, recently delivered modem, which is obviously not the one I am returning. Should I print and use that return label anyway, even though it will reference the current replacement rather than the actual, older modem being returned?

You are in the right place and we are happy to assist you today. Now you can actually just take the modem to the UPS near you and they will actually scan it and get the correct shipping label and ship it back to us.
