Help reactivating account
Our family fell on hard times and neglected our Internet bill in order to afford the basics (food, gas) and now our account is closed. I've paid the money we owed and would like to get service restored, how can I do this? I've tried going to view my account but it says that I don't have access and that I need to contact the other of the account, but it's my account so I'm confused.
