Help please

Some workers were digging in the yard and I think they cut a cable line that was marked improperly on my backyard.  How do I get someone to fix the line? Can we have some one to assist us?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your cable line. I am happy to put in a request to get a new line run for the location. Are the services impacted? Are you able to see the damaged line?

We haven't had internet for more than 3 hours now. I can see an orange cable/line that was cutout. My modem/router seems to be dead.
