Help on my issue Xfinity, please?
My issue: A new cable line to be installed and a pulled from the street to the house since the cable is old and I am paying for a higher speed then the cable can handle. I upgraded my plan and started this conversation in Dec, '24 and now it is end of Jan '25 with no update as to when this will be completed.
- Went the chat route, spoke with over 15 different people at 4 different occasions to mostly Indians, most if not all ditches you midway? 2 people helped us to get a service truck out at 2 different times, both just says they can't help but have to wait but can't give you a firm timeframe as to the wait or whatnot.
- Called the service number, got a death loop, never got a hold of a "human"? Looking at this forum, doesn't look like anyone's able to figure this part out yet?
- No updates as to when things will get done from email or phone?
- Went to a store and spoke with someone, they told me to go back to the customer service number because in his word "I wasn't at your house". Seriously?
I am out of options as to how I can move this along after 2 months? Yea, Xfinity has a monopoly in this area but come on, do something here? Any suggestions from anyone on how to resolve their issue would be greatly appreciated.
