Help Needed
I am searching for a human to help me. My issue is one that requires many words to explain which is why Im not getting far with the app. I am being charged nearly $400 a month for phone service because I was not given the initial promotions that I agreed upon and signed up for after I had a hostile encounter with an agent who took me literal and disconnected my services and when the services were reconnected minutes later, I had lost every promotion and again now my bill is nearly $400 for cell phone. I cannot get a person to help me only thing anyone can say is that I lost the promotions and there's nothing that can be done about it but I've been with this company since it was Comcast I've had services with them for about 8 years now and nearly the entire time I've been in a contract that doesn't properly serve the needs of my family and at this point I'm really struggling because it's going to cost thousands of dollars to get out of the contract which I cannot afford. I could really use some help my credit card is getting hit every month for hundreds from xfinity mobile and hundreds from tv and internet and no one seems to be able or willing to help me and I feel defeated and dwindling and desperate.
