Help needed! Unable to transfer services
Hello,
We recently moved and have attempted to transfer our services multiple times. We moved into a 6 unit building and even though two of our neighbors have had services installed, we have been told we can't schedule yet because our building is still under construction. It doesn't make any sense.
We have a ticket in, but we have not been able to obtain an update for a week. We do not want services with another provider but feel we will be forced to do so as Xfinity isn't doing anything to assist us.
Any suggestions on how to get more information would be greatly appreciated.

@cjl12 Thank you for your post! I definitely cannot blame you for the situation that you are in. Internet is super important these days, so I am going to do everything possible to get this going for you. Can you send a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and the address, please? I could also use that ticket number (via DM only). Thank you, and I'll see you there!
