HELP! My Cable line was cut by contractor and I need it repaired asap. Work from home

A contractor cut my cable line (buried) and I"m not dead in the water.  Need urgent help and chat and phone I cannot get past silly unrelated questions and reach a person.  Very frustrated!

@XfinityMiguel​ No, it was our contractor building a deck.  But the cable line is only buried like 3 inches down.  Way too shallow.  Can someone get out here to fix this?  It can be laid on the ground for now - burial can be done by my contractor or Xfinity after the deck is done in a month.

@XfinityMiguel​ Thanks again. I did start with the chat at first, and automated messages just looped me in circles to ask what the issue was, back to restarting my modem and gateway, etc.  I could not progress past the firewall so to speak.  

How do I get to a human being?
