HELP! My Cable line was cut and I need it repaired asap

Our cable line was cut during an excavation project. I have tried calling and they just keep trying to send me a signal. I HAVE NO SERVICE and would like to speak to a human.

Hello, @user_443328, yikes, I'm sorry that you're having to go through this and didn't get the help you need right away. I can definitely work with you to get you back up and running. Since your line was cut and your service is out, we'll need to schedule a tech visit. They will in all likelihood run a temporary line and submit a work order to get the link buried when scheduling permits.
