Hello, @user_y6d9bp I can assist with moving Xfinity lines. Is the stub utility pole just an anchor for the main pole or has the utility company already erected a new pole and our line needs to be moved to it?

Hello. Thank you! There is already a new main pole with electric lines already installed. The xfinity lines need to be moved so the old pole can be removed

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
