Help making sure my service is cancelled

Omg I can’t even tell you my experience with them! They keep moving my messages so no one sees them! I canceled my tv service in Dec. 2024 and the sent I guess an email confirming this but my [Edited: Language] husband didn’t read it all the way or they hid it on there and he didn’t see it nut they NEVER CANCELED IT! They know they have us because we have no other option for WiFi services. So I called a couple months later after I thought the bill should have been figured out and they said oh no it wasn’t canceled I needed to go on the tv and cancel it. I’m disabled I was home alone so when my husband came home I asked if he could do this from the tv downstairs by him. He said no we have NO equipment. I went on chat with Xfinity. After being disconnected several times they said they canceled the service. 2 months later IM STILL BEING BILLED! I go on chat again this time they convince we to get mobile services free for a year (which my phone does not work so I’m gonna cancel) and THEY STILL DONT CANCEL! Now again I contact them and they say they have no records of me contacting them so they are not doing anything! [Edited: Language] Them I’m going to blast them everywhere now!
