Help I’m having serious Internet issues
I need to speak with a human!! I’m being charged over one tetra byte of data in my personal home every couple days. The 800 number and online services are useless! I need help or I’m canceling this service

A terabyte every two days? Have you bothered to check to see if there is constant activity on your network? If your account is indeed eating through a TB every two days,. you probably have some very serious malware on your computer. Your computer could be botted (made part of a bot net), or you have mining software on your computer that is processing large amounts of data. If you are on Windows 11, open settings, then click on Network and Internet. On the upper right hand corner of that page, you will see "Data Usage" with the amount of data that has been used since the first day of the month. If it is as high as you claim, then you have a very real problem.

I'm crippled signed up Xfinity five days ago no channels. In touch with corporate guy [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. Help me I'm in [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I'm posting this all over internet if I don't get help ASAP. I'm not paying a dime till I have service. Ricky of corporate said he would help then did nothing. His tel no. Is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. My phone number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Crippled had stroke. They're charging me for service I don't even have. Help me please.
