Help getting real help!?

My internet is not working at all. My TV is not working at all. I work from home on Saturday and Sunday which I told the chat person earlier but they won't send anyone out until Monday. I just spoke with my boss and they told me if I don't work this weekend I am out of a job. I need someone here to fix this asap. What do I do?
