help get xfinity internet

Dear Customer Associate


I've had xfinity business internet for more than 5 years in my previous address. I tried transferring to my new address and I'm told its outside the service area even though two of my neighbors have comcast internet by people on the phone and by xfinity store manager. I'm trying to connect directly with new construction department for a site visit. Could a Santa from comcast connect with me and deliver me a post christmas gift by linking me with the right lady or gentleman running the construction department in South bay (Sanjose/Cupertino).
