Help from your end

My eSIM is installed and my number is showing, but the line is stuck in “Activating” and the phone is in SOS. This is a provisioning issue on your side. Please refresh or reprovision the line. Do not ask me to reset the phone, restart it, or remove the eSIM — that’s already been done.
