Help from a human!
Hi. xfinity came to my house today to work on TVs. He said I needed a WiFi extender since you installed service and my house and I should get one free with my plan.
I tried all day to reach human to get this done! This is ridiculous! The agent said he couldn’t order it for me. Now I’ve tried texting, calling and scheduling a call. Every time method has an error! Give me a human!
