Help fix !!!
Hi there we are currently going thru somewhat the same situation I believe I need help!!! We recently started services with xfinity days ago maybe a week or less and just recently was left a voice mail stating our services will be disconnected as requested,weird because we have not requested cancellation.I called in and there seems nobody can help the best we got was the home/address is in debt from previous renter we believe and that we had a block of services due to that can someone please help fix.
