HELP! DAMAGE - COMCAST DRILLED THROUGH OUR SEWER LINE

Comcast drilled through our sewer line. After roughly 10 hours of calling the useless 800 number we finally got an appointment for them to send some out today. They never showed. We don't know what to do now. Now when we call the number it automatically disconnects. I guess they don't want to talk to us. We need someone to call us back. I see this happens frequently. Does anyone have any advise. It looks like we need an attorney. Does anyone know what kind we would need? Does anyone know roughly how much that would cost?
