HELP!! Comcast has drilled their lines through my sewer drain
After having a sewer back up it was discovered that Comcast has run their under ground lines through my sewer causing there to be minimal drainage. I had to pay a plumber $812 to run a camera down the drain and jet debris stuck on the cable line running through my sewer pipe. I was finally able to get a human on the phone and have a work order set for 4-5 days out. after getting in touch with my utility district, they were able to contact Comcast and the window is now 48 hours which is still unacceptable. My neighbor is having the same issue. How do I go about getting this issue completely resolved? I want my sewer line fix and to reimbursed the $812 I had to pay to find out Comcast damaged my property. Anyone else had luck getting property fixed or refunds of property damage repairs?

@user_do80n1 Thanks for posting to the community and letting us know what happened. You have the fastest resolution set in place. We can create a ticket for a damage claim for these experiences. That has an insurance investigator go on site within a week or two depending on their schedule. Once that is done and they complete their investigate, they issue a resolution directly. If it goes beyond the original timeframe you receive let us know.
