Help changing my bill this billing period

user_pphtc8, Thanks so much for reaching out to Xfinity Support. Here are some instructions to set up a payment extension. 

To set up a payment arrangement for your Xfinity balance, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account at xfinity.com.
2. Look for a message about flexible payments and select Chat for options to open Xfinity Assistant.
3. Choose Billing and payments and type “Explore flexible payment options.”
4. If eligible, select the payment arrangement option.
5. Pick a payment date for your arrangement and submit.

Note that service may be interrupted if the arrangement is canceled or if the payment fails until the full balance is paid.
