Help! Can’t sign up for service
Hello,
I moved into a newly built house last year and started talks with Comcast back in October 2023. They finally came out a ran the lines underground over 3 weeks ago, but my address “hasn’t been released yet.” My ticket number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Can someone help escalate the ticket? We’ve been patiently waiting to sign up for service, but it seems no one knows what the hold up is.
