Help! Can't call and can't find a live person!
I just put the xfinity sim card in and now I can't call anyone (it says SOS only) and I can't find a live person to text for help. Only the ridiculous "Xfinity Assistant".

@Gadaki I appreciate you making us aware your phone isn't working after installing the SIM card. Have you tried restarting the device? May I please have the make and model?
