I cannot activate my Peacock account via xfinity

@user_t0vub5 Hey! Thanks for posting in Forums, What happens when you try to activate peacock? Are you getting an error message and how are you trying to activate it?

Yes it says that there is already another peacock account associated to Xfinity account and I can’t find it.

@user_t0vub5  Have you used peacock before? Have you tried using another email you could have used? I ask these questions to figure out our next steps, what have you tried to get it working?

I used the Peacock account I have used for years  and can sign in to.
