Hello please help

An agent was scheduling an appt for a tech to fix the wiring outside she never did

when I call it continues to say it’s doing a modern restart and someone will call me I have not received a call for 24 hours now

please help

Typically, when the work is only needing to be completed outside, a work order is created in the system for our maintenance teams, but these wouldn't appear as a normal home visit appointment to see on the Xfinity app or website. It may have been created and waiting for scheduling, but our team can double-check and make sure that we get this taken care of for you. Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
