Hello, Im having a problem with my Wifi Network
The Wifi is saying its an unsecure network and because of this I have been experiencing security issues. I called customer service earlier today to speack with a service rep. I called more than 7 times and could not get through. I was on hold 3 times while waiting for a service rep, and the call hung up all 3 times. I am very unhappy with this type of poor customer service.

Our team would love to help and you will never be disconnected from us. :) Can you tell me if you are connecting to your in-home Wi-Fi or one of our Xfinity Wi-Fi Hot Spots? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you taken, such as power cycling your modem, checking the connections, possibly updating the network name and password? Are you able to connect on all devices, or just some device?
