HBOmax subscription still showing active after canceling xfinity tv/streaming service

I recently canceled my xfinity tv and streaming service (still have xfinity internet). But HBO max is still showing an active subscription with xfinity. Can someone check that it's been removed from my acct?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

@XfinityOrlandoM​ Thanks for your confirmation. Why when I login to HBOMAX does it still show a subscription paid for through Xfinity?

If you canceled your Xfinity TV service in the middle of a billing cycle, it may take to the end of the billing cycle for the HBOMAX app to update.
