Hazerdious green box outside wires showing and no Internet
Yes I have been getting the run around non stop someone told me they would be out here today and I was out on the priority list. And now Im stuck with no Internet and I'm watching kids play around a hazerdious box with the top off and wires showing and some sparks flying and no one in your tech team seems to concern to get someone out here when they gave me a confirmation yesterday evening to get someone out here today what does it take to reach someone and to have someone come out here because this is crazy and sad and very unsafe and hazerdious this is completely not ok

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
