Hazardous Wires ticket

I have been trying to submit a hazardous wires ticket, unsuccessfully. The 'report a problem' form keeps giving me an error along the lines of "something went wrong. try again later." I have also chatted with an agent last night that resulted in receiving a ticket number [edited ticket number], but when I try to check the status of the ticket both in my account or with the chat assistant. There is no record of that ticket. I need to get the lines to my house repaired as a tree branch hit them and they now hang 2-4 feet from the ground.
