Hazardous wires exposed outside

I do not xfinity service but my previous tenant did and its cables on cables hanging above my walk way. I keep calling but the operators are no help and don't seem to understand i do not have an account number for that address and I just want them to remove the wires.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_zncq2x thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand wanting to get the hazardous line addressed, and without being a customer I know options are limited as our self-service reporting tool has a requirement of signing in with your Xfinity ID: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue

I'm glad our awesome Forum expert @EG was able to move your post and bring this concern to my attention. Please let me know if you're still needing assitance, I can open a ticket for the hazardous line work order to get created. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you. It is still an issue and I would love to have someone assist with cleaning it up and removing the extra wires.

Customer service via the phone is not helpful and they seem extremely confused with my situation.
